My Background and Approach
I am a psychodynamic depth-oriented therapist who crafts from various perspectives, -- from logical ways of looking at the human body and financial health to drawing inspiration from nature, literature, philosophy, art, movement, and symbolic guidance of your dreams and life patterns. I am deeply committed to socially conscious approaches to multiculturalism, gender studies, and feminist theory.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Anger, stress, illness, anxiety, and depression do not exist in a vacuum and involve a complex interplay of personal, familial, and cultural dynamics. Inevitably, periods of confusion, crisis, illness, and life transitions can initiate deep connection with the soul.
