About My Clients
I work with neurodivergent adults, particularly autistic and ADHD clients, and women navigating identity, trauma, and relational challenges. My approach is affirming, trauma-informed, and focused on helping clients understand themselves, build skills, and cultivate self-compassion.
My Background and Approach
I’m a Chicana licensed professional clinical counselor with advanced training in trauma, neurodiversity, and identity development. My professional experience includes supporting autistic and ADHD adults as they navigate burnout, emotional regulation, sensory awareness, and identity discovery. I also work extensively with women and nonbinary people exploring boundaries, people-pleasing recovery, gender and self-expression, and the intersection of trauma and neurodivergence. My background blends traditional psychotherapy with neuroaffirming, relational, and somatic approaches—offering clients both practical strategies and deeper insight into their lived experience.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that liberation, safety, and dignity are essential to healing. Women’s rights are human rights. Black lives matter. No human is illegal. Trans rights are human rights. My work is guided by intersectional, anti-oppressive values and a commitment to creating affirming, justice-oriented spaces for all clients.
