My clients are introspective, but want someone with them to parse out what they're thinking/feeling. They may want to improve communication or interpersonal relationships. They may reflect on their life as a whole, and want to identify patterns that lead them to behave/act the way they do.
My Background and Approach
I have a conversational, client-lead approach. You're the expert in your own life and experiences, you already have some skills needed to get where you want to be. I'm happy to integrate any skills you already use into our practice.
