About My Clients

You may find yourself in a season of change, transition, or feeling ready for something to shift. Life may have presented an unexpected barrier, or you may be starting or ending a job, relationship, or important chapter, leaving you feeling stuck or unsure how to move forward. Change can bring up anxiety, depression, stress, or past trauma. I collaborate with clients to explore what feels out of alignment and provide practical tools, support, and encouragement to help you feel better, reconnect

My Background and Approach

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker providing virtual therapy throughout California. As a holistic, somatic, and trauma-informed therapist, I support individuals, couples, and families in moving from emotional overwhelm toward greater ease, alignment, and joy. As a bilingual English and Spanish speaking Black and Afro-Latina therapist, I provide culturally responsive care that honors identity, relationships, and lived experience while helping clients feel seen and understood. My approach integrates DBT, somatic therapy, and mindfulness to help you feel better, regulate emotions, reduce anxiety and stress, communicate more effectively, and build healthier relationships. Together, we develop practical coping tools that support self-trust, healthy boundaries, and lasting change so you can experience greater ease, alignment, joy, and create a life worth living.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I am committed to supporting individuals from diverse and historically marginalized communities in accessing culturally responsive and affirming mental health care. I value working with BIPOC, immigrant communities, LGBTQ+ individuals, single parents, co-parents, caregivers, & those navigating complex family and social systems. Born & raised in South Los Angeles & having lived in Costa Rica, Spain, Massachusetts, and Michigan, I bring a deep appreciation for how culture, identity, environment, and lived experience shape emotional well-being. As a bilingual English and Spanish speaking therapist, I strive to create an inclusive, supportive space where clients feel seen, respected, and empowered. I integrate somatic and DBT-informed approaches to support healing from racial trauma, chronic stress, and systemic pressures, helping clients regulate emotions, reconnect with their bodies, cultivate self-compassion, and build healthy boundaries while cultivating greater ease, alignment, & joy.
