About My Clients
The people I work with often feel disconnected from the deep intimacy they desire with friends, family, and partners. After experiences of harm or trauma, relationships might feel risky, exhausting, or unsatisfying. Together we'll work to understand how you show up in relationships and why, exploring what it could look like to be more fully seen and loved.
My Background and Approach
My aim is to nurture a safe environment where you feel heard, held, and gently challenged as you observe your patterns, reclaim choice, grow self-compassion, and come into greater alignment with your hopes and values. Your autonomy and security are centered every step of the way. I do my best to meet you exactly where you're at, in your biggest feelings and most complex thoughts. I ask questions and draw connections that help expand your self-knowledge and sense of possibility. Over time, you'll learn to tune into your internal experience, which will be our best guide in discovering what you want in life and how to move towards it.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
My liberatory and anti-oppressive lens is informed by my own queerness and neurodivergence, and I support you in holding ease and joy alongside the rage and grief of injustice. I show up with curiosity, softness, humor, and a genuine desire to know who you are and how you experience the world. If this sounds like what you're seeking, I hope you'll reach out! When I'm not sitting in the therapy room with the incredible people I get to work with, I love reading, making delicious hearty soup, being in the water, and hanging out with my gigantic cat Oliver!
