We'll untangle the messy stuff together: the old blueprints, the patterns you didn't choose, the ways you learned to cope that are starting to come at a cost. I support folks navigating high stress, anxiety, trauma, and complicated relationships, often all woven together, because that's how life can be.
My Approach to Helping
I will meet you wherever you are. I’m collaborative, down to earth, and genuinely curious about you. There’s room here for raw honesty, a little humor when needed, and for not knowing the answers yet. Where we go in this space is guided by what feels most supportive for you. Sometimes that might mean going a little deeper, tracing the thread of something old and understanding where it comes from. Sometimes that might not be what you need at all, and the work looks more like finding some relief and resolve for what’s sitting right in front of you. Neither is more important than the other, and we can figure that out together.
My Values as a Therapist
I take this work seriously and myself lightly. I think being human is strange and tender and sometimes awesome, and I don’t want to flatten that in a therapy room. I am the kind of therapist who can sit in the complicated middle with you, without rushing you toward resolution. So if you’re looking for someone who can hold the messy, often complicated parts of life, I might be your person!
