About My Clients
I help individuals who struggle to trust their internal experience—feeling disconnected from emotions, battling anxiety, dissociation, hypervigilance, or harsh inner critics. Through understanding the mind-body connection and exploring adaptive survival patterns, we can build compassion and shift deep-rooted patterns. Together, we’ll work to create a path toward healing, helping you feel more grounded, authentic, and connected in your daily life.
My Background and Approach
I am a licensed clinical social worker with specialized training in treating complex trauma. My approach is informed by sensorimotor psychotherapy, a body-centered modality that addresses the somatic symptoms of unresolved trauma. I believe deeply in the transformative power of therapy and earned my graduate degree in clinical social work from the University of Michigan. In my practice, I bring curiosity and exploration, seeing therapy as a creative, imaginative, and relational process. I am committed to working in an anti-oppressive way, recognizing that much of human suffering is shaped by inequitable systems. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family outdoors, half-finishing craft projects, reading, and watching bad reality TV. I am currently seeing clients virtually.
