About My Clients
I serve a broad range of adult and adolescent clients. The patient populations I serve the most are those that have been through trauma, those that have depression, anxiety, Bipolar, ADHD and PTSD.
My Background and Approach
I strive to create a safe and welcoming environment that allows clients to explore problems and concerns related to anxiety, depression, and trauma PTSD, various other Mental Health issues including bipolar disorders, & coping. I focus on helping clients help improve their quality of life through medication management and therapeutic modalities. I am strong believer in Humanism as an approach to Mental Health. This allows us to build relationships with patients and make goals together.
