Motivational Interviewing is useful in in empowering change in clients while facilitating a process of self-actualization, allowing the client to be charge of their own behaviors and fate.

How we think influences how we feel, which impacts what we do. I utilize CBT to assist client to explore their thoughts and identify negative patterns that support symptoms of depression and anxiety and work to find alternative ways of thinking and behaving.
