About My Clients
Are you ready for for things to be different? Feeling lost or overwhelmed can make it even harder to make changes and move forward with confidence. Together, we can build more resilient ways to relate to yourself and those important to you by creating space for reflection and intentional growth and finding new ways to approach vulnerability and connection.
My Background and Approach
My practice is sex-positive, neurodivergence-affirming, and supports LGBTQ+ and consensually non-monogamous/polyamorous experiences. I use a compassionate blend of theoretical approaches to encourage individuals, couples, and non-traditional relationships to creatively explore ways we build meaning from our experiences and relationships to find a more fulfilling future. By deepening our understanding of where we are and how we got here, we can see what's keeping you stuck in current patterns and make intentional choices about how to invite change. I'm currently working towards certification as a sex therapist through the American Association of Sex Educators, Counselors, and Therapists (AASECT) under the supervision of Gretchen Fincke, LCSW, Certified AASECT Supervisor.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
My lived experience as a queer, polyamorous nerd informs my work and cultivates my capacity for openness and curiosity without making assumptions. In my free time, I enjoy playing tabletop games, working on fiber crafts, and learning about nature.
