About My Clients
I work with a culturally and ethnically diverse population. I specialize in neuropsychological, psychoeducational and psychosocial evaluations. I also specialize in working clients with anxiety and depression. My age range is typically children eight and older as well as teens and young adults. I provide parent coaching for limit setting and developmentally appropriate parenting.
My Background and Approach
My approach to working with clients and families is a collaborative approach. for the past 15 years, my practice has been focused on providing support around addressing people who suffer from anxiety and depression. Therapy goals are tailored for each individual client and/or family. I work within a integrated psychological approach utilizing both CBT methods as well as psychodynamic approaches to therapy.
