Anxiety can present in many different ways. So, my focus is to create a calm environment which is helpful when exploring the root causes of anxiety.
Depression can be very upsetting to those that struggle with it. I work towards creating a space that is calm and non-judgemental. It is my goal to not put pressure on my clients to "feel better" since depression is different for everyone.
As a marriage and family therapist is it my goal to help couples/partnerships work through their struggles in a non-judgmental and calm space where they can both be heard and respected equally.
