My specialties include navigating sexual desire discrepancies, healing from the effects of out of control sexual behavior or sex addiction, & incorporating kink and ethical non-monogamy into relationships. My Background and Approach
Clients find me when the fighting, emotional distance, & less than ideal sex are no longer tolerable. If you feel torn between staying & leaving, tangled in patterns of pursuit & withdrawal, or are carrying shame about who you are, I can help. Together we can slow things down, understand what’s underneath the reactivity or shutdown, & build steadier ways to connect—with yourself and with your partner. I've spent years helping my clients feel safe enough to explore complex feelings, thoughts, histories, and beliefs that can then lead to changes in your daily life. To this end, therapy with me often includes a mix of skill building, emotional exploration and processing, and practicing new patterns of behavior while learning to recognize and change the areas of your life you have influence over.
