About My Clients
My experience and training have led me to specialize in working with clients navigating anxiety, attachment issues, burnout, career and stress management, low self-esteem, codependency, perfectionism, postpartum support, aging concerns, relationship and family issues, and life transitions. I love supporting clients who are looking to make a change in their current situation, are on the brink of burnout, or are ready to do the good hard work of healing old wounds.

My approach to therapy is collaborative, viewing my client as an expert in their own life and as a partner in the therapeutic process. Your journey is unique, and I am committed to tailoring our sessions to meet your specific needs and aspirations. In my integrated therapeutic approach, I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Strength-Based Therapy, Relational Therapy, Attachment-Based Therapy, and Mindfulness-Based practices.
