I've had experience counseling couples, families, children, adolescents, and adults. I have knowledge in areas including trauma, PTSD, depression, bipolar, schizophrenia, anxiety, self-esteem, multigenerational challenges, sexual assault, human trafficking, life transitions, and grief. I've worked with members of the queer identity through all stages of their identity exploration and acceptance.I am also informed in various relationship practices including monogamous and alternative styles.
My Background and Approach
I am an eclectic therapist utilizing techniques from evidence-based theories such as Collaborative Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
