About My Clients

Grounded in uncovering your story and deciphering your patterns, my approach is eclectic, evidence and narrative-based. As a Ukrainian American and eldest daughter of immigrants, I bring care, curiosity, and awareness of how culture, grief, and family dynamics shape us. If you want a therapist who will truly see you and reflect what you may not yet see, let's have a chat.

My Background and Approach

Through a trauma-informed approach, I treat adults and adolescents experiencing anxiety, attachment issues, grief, challenging family dynamics, and complex trauma. With training in trauma, somatic anxiety, CBT, and DBT, I tailor modalities to meet your needs to not only help you process your experiences but actually build towards long-term emotional well-being.
