About My Clients
You may be feeling disconnected, stuck in the same cycles and obsessions - maybe impacted by anxiety, OCD, or emotion dysregulation. Or maybe you are starting/continuing in your recovery journey with an eating disorder/disordered eating or body dysmorphic disorder/body image distress.
My Background and Approach
I aim to help people understand and explore the deeper roots of their experiences and potential traumas, while supporting different pathways and choices, finding meaning in life, and feeling liberated in the self - inside and out. My therapeutic approach stems from feminist theory, and is overall psychoanalytic/psychodynamic based. Depending on client behavioral needs, I also utilize DBT and CBT interventions. It is my goal to support you in connecting with yourself and your body, as well as connecting with others through self-exploration and acceptance.

My overall goal is to help you be authentically you, set and hold appropriate boundaries for yourself, and feel connected to yourself and others. I highly value honoring each person’s journey and story. I aim to bring humor to building rapport, while maintaining a warm, curious, and non-judgmental environment.
