My Background and Approach
I have been working as a Master's Level Therapist since 2016. Throughout my career, I’ve specialized in solution-focused work, cognitive behavior therapy, anxiety and trauma therapies and mindfulness-based stress reduction. I also offer coaching in, life and work transitions, finances and spirituality. I value the therapeutic process between the client and therapist, where real change is encouraged to happen. In providing a compassionate, non-judgmental, and safe environment, I help foster your own personal healing and growth through a relationship anchored in compassion, empathy, trust, and respect. I provide support and useful feedback to help clients effectively address personal life challenges, aiding clients in understanding their core belief systems, which influence their habits, choices, and behaviors.
