About Our Clients
Struggles with ADHD, trauma, or the cycle of recovery can often feel like they have become the main character in your life. I am here to help you change that narrative. I work with individuals, couples, and teens ages 12 and up who are ready to stop just surviving their emotions and start mastering them. My ideal client seeks a space where their identity is respected, and their growth is prioritized through practical tools and deep, compassionate clinical work.
My Background and Approach
My approach is a balance of Structure and Story. As a DBT-trained clinician, I provide a concrete "tool belt" for emotional regulation and distress tolerance. Simultaneously, I utilize Narrative Therapy to help you externalize your problems, allowing us to deconstruct limiting labels and author an empowered future. I am a dually-licensed specialist (LCPC/LMHC & LCAC/CAADC) with extensive experience in community behavioral health. I integrate Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy (EFIT) to heal attachment wounds and internal "parts" that feel stuck. Whether we are navigating neurodiversity (ADHD) or complex trauma, I offer clinical solutions that go beyond talk therapy. I am also a DOT-qualified SAP (Accepting June 2026 inquiries). My goal is to walk with you from your first session to your breakthrough.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe the therapeutic alliance is sacred. As a culturally conscious therapist, I understand that your heritage, identity, and lived experiences are the lens through which you see the world. I am committed to social justice and providing an affirming environment for marginalized voices. My practice is grounded in the belief that you are the expert on your own life; I am the guide with the clinical map. I prioritize honesty, authenticity, and adaptability. I’m passionate about helping people in the 708 area and across Indiana rediscover their potential. This isn't just a profession for me—it is a calling to support others in finding emotional peace and a sense of purpose.
