Whether grappling with depression, navigating anxiety, confronting life's complexities, or addressing other mental health issues, our collaborative efforts aim to alleviate presenting concerns and symptoms. The goal is to furnish you with the requisite tools and skills essential for overcoming life's challenges and fostering lasting well-being. I am trained in delivering Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). I have completed Gottman Method Couples Therapy Level 1 & 2 training, and completed training in Exposure and Response Prevention through the IOCDF's BTTI. I specialize in anxiety disorders (OCD, generalized anxiety, and trauma-related disorders).
