About My Clients
My clients are some of the strongest people I've ever met, having lived through trauma and adversity in their lives. They may seem prickly or rough around the edges, but it's a testament to their resilience and strength. Some struggle with anxiety or depression, feeling stuck in different phases of their lives or struggling with perfectionism and people-pleasing, or unhealthy behaviors. But the fact that they seek help, pooves their commitment to change and growth.
My Background and Approach
I bring over 15 years of extensive experience in the mental health field to the table. My professional journey has been diverse, starting with youth on probation, followed by 7 years of working in a Residential Treatment Facility for teens struggling with substance abuse and mental health issues, along with their families. I have also helped numerous young adults in their transition to young adulthood and worked in a trauma clinic and a private practice group. Through each experience, I have gained unique insights and expertise, and have developed a passion for working with diverse populations. As a therapist, my priority is to create a welcoming and comfortable environment where you can be yourself without any judgment. I believe in a person-centered approach that allows us to peel back the layers and get to the root of the issue. Together, we will work towards putting the pieces back together in a way that feels authentic and true to you.

I wholeheartedly believe that each and every one of us deserves a safe and compassionate space where we can be our true selves without any fear of judgment or rejection. I also understand that every person's journey is unique and that there is no one-size-fits-all approach to therapy. That's why I am committed to working collaboratively with each individual to create a personalized and supportive environment that empowers them to overcome their challenges and live their best lives. Above all, I believe that everyone deserves to be heard and valued, and I am dedicated to fostering a therapeutic space where shame has no place and empathy and understanding reign supreme.
