My goal is to empower children and teens to be more in control of their actions and emotions so they can thrive at home, at school, and with friends.

I use Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) to partner with young people to help them identify strengths and determine goals. We then break these oals into small achievable steps, and I provide them the strategies, support, and encouragement they need to be successful. , helping kids and teens feel empowered and hopeful about their future
