About My Clients
It's all about relationships. Family, friends, partners. It's about human connection and the ways in which we are getting in the way of having these connections. My specialties are working with individuals having trouble within their relationships, depression, and anxiety. We will explore your earliest attachments and identify patterns that may be holding you back from living your fullest, happiest life.
My Background and Approach
How can I help? First, I will never give advice, I’m sure you’ve gotten plenty. I won’t tell you what to do. I’m not you and only you know what is best for you. What I will do is sit with you without judgement so that you gain more insight, build self-esteem, are able to recognize and handle big feelings, and ultimately feel better. It’s not magic, it’s work. Many of my clients have experienced symptom relief, greater insight, a sense of agency, greater self-esteem, the ability to identify feelings and handle these feelings in productive, non-destructive ways, healthy dependency, and improvements in relationships of all kinds, intimate, familial, and working.
