I work with young adults, professionals, members of the Latino/a community, LGBTQ+ individuals, people with disabilities, and individuals from diverse backgrounds navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and transitional challenges. I have experience supporting individuals facing housing instability and understand the unique stressors they may encounter. My Background and Approach
I am a Licensed Certified Social Worker in Massachusetts and hold a Master of Social Work from Boston University. My work is grounded in trauma-informed and strengths-based care, emphasizing collaboration, empowerment, and respect for each individual’s lived experience. I have supported clients experiencing homelessness, crisis situations, depression, anxiety, and relational conflict. My approach focuses on building practical coping strategies, fostering resilience, and helping clients navigate life transitions with greater confidence and stability.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that healing begins in an environment where individuals feel safe, heard, and valued. Life challenges can feel overwhelming, especially during periods of transition or instability, but growth is possible with compassionate support. Therapy should honor each person’s strengths while providing structured guidance toward achievable goals.
