About My Clients
I work with individuals, couples, and families using therapeutic tools to overcome symptoms of anxiety, depression, anger, grief, and childhood trauma. In my sessions, I proactively support my clients to overcome the barriers in their lives that contribute to feeling sad or not like their usual selves. In my session, you will find a balance between what you need in the current moment and what is needed to fulfill long-term goals by using creative activities, and effective communication.

I will support you through your process and strive to empower you to accomplish your goals. I specialized in a holistic approach that includes Cognitive Behavior Therapy and Existentialism. I meet you where you are in your life’s path, guide you through negative thoughts and emotions, and create a safe, judgment-free space.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
You can change your life by changing your perspective and processing unhealed trauma. If you are willing to do the work, therapy works! Sometimes having someone to hear you and understand you judgment-free is the healing needed, so I will be 100% present and teach you to be present in yourself.
