Drawing on my extensive “real world” experience in healthcare administration, training & coaching, I bring a grounded approach that will help you get from where you are now to where you want to be.
My Background and Approach
I try to flex my approach based on what my clients are looking for, but I draw mainly from a narrative (what stories are we telling ourselves?), psychodynamic (what early experiences shaped us?), strengths-based (what has worked in the past?), and cognitive (are there patterns of thought influencing our perceptions?) approaches. I also frequently draw from solutions-focused, behavioral and Gestalt frameworks.
