About My Clients

I was a client myself. My clients love that I relate and empathize. My clients range from teens to seniors, encompassing individuals, families, and couples from diverse cultural, socio-economic, and demographic backgrounds.

My Background and Approach

I bring a lifetime of experience to my practice. Life crises have shaped me, and through my own therapeutic journey, I have found healing. Now, as a therapist, I am dedicated to help others heal and "pay it forward." I am trained and I practice evidence-based therapy methods like CBT, Psychodynamic, Family Systems, and Solution-Focused. For couples, I use Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), Gottman method, and Imago skills. I hold a Master of Science in Clinical Psychology from Cal State University at Fullerton. My focus includes managing anxiety and depression, enhancing relationships, and resolving family issues. I customize my approach to meet your unique needs. Having faced my own life challenges and having been a client myself, I understand the importance of trust in therapy. I bring empathy, compassion, and professionalism to every session. Clients appreciate that I relate to their struggles and support them on their healing journey. Reach out and let's begin this journey together.
