About My Clients
As a clinical intern, I work with women and young adults navigating betrayal trauma, attachment wounds, and the lingering impact of painful relationship experiences. Many of my clients come in feeling stuck in cycles: struggling with anxiety, low self-worth, or difficulty setting boundaries. They are ready to understand why they feel the way they do and how to move forward in a new way.
My Background and Approach
My approach is gentle, curious, and relational. I see my clients as the experts of their own stories, and I come alongside them to explore patterns, process emotions, and build greater self-awareness. While I create a safe and supportive space, I also believe in thoughtfully challenging clients, helping them honor their needs, reconnect with their emotions, and aligning their lives with who they truly are.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I am particularly drawn to working with individuals healing from betrayal trauma and learning to rebuild trust in themselves and others. I approach this work through an attachment-based and trauma-informed lens and am currently pursuing training as an Associate Sex Addiction Therapist (ASAT - candidate). Through my own experiences, I’ve come to believe that we were not created to simply survive, but to thrive. Healing, to me, is not just about insight, but about walking out new patterns repeatedly until they become second nature. It is a privilege to walk alongside clients as they unpack, rebuild, and step into new growth. For those who desire it, I am open to incorporating faith into the counseling process in a way that feels supportive and aligned with your values.
