About My Clients
Immediate availability for weekday (10am-3pm) daytime telehealth and in-person sessions for teens, and adults in Connecticut. You may look like you’re holding it together, but inside feel overwhelmed, anxious, stuck in your head, or unsure of who you are. I work with high-functioning teens and adults who feel burned out, emotionally exhausted, or “behind,” even when others see them as capable. Many struggle with anxiety, overthinking, self-doubt, comparison, or repeating relationship patterns.
My Background and Approach
I help clients develop greater emotional awareness and insight by exploring patterns, core beliefs, and relationship dynamics that may be keeping them stuck. My approach is active, collaborative, and trauma-informed, blending emotional processing, gentle challenge, and practical tools to support meaningful change.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe therapy works best when clients feel seen, respected, and met where they are. You don’t need to be in crisis or have everything figured out to benefit from support. Many people I work with are thoughtful, capable, and self-aware, yet still feel overwhelmed or disconnected inside. I believe growth happens through understanding—not pressure or quick fixes—and that healing is not linear. Therapy is a collaborative process where insight, emotional safety, and practical tools come together to support confidence, clarity, and more authentic connection with yourself and others.
