About My Clients
I live my life in accordance to seasons and cycles. I am a pro at change, finding grounding in new environments, connection when it is possible, home in many ways. I am comfortable in the in-between space, the messy, the both/and. Together, we can strengthen these skills of knowing who you are, so that you show up in a way you can stand on everywhere you go.
My Background and Approach
I bring transformative justice, play, psychedelics, connectivity to integration mapping, so you stay in therapy only as long as you need to. Connecting with joy and purpose are often stops along the way to healing in my therapy room.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I am a pleasure activist. I convene with Spirit daily and ground in artistic expression. I like to include somatic practices, plant(cestors), altar building, ritual into session if moving in that way feels aligned to you. I recognize the deeply spiritual work of healing, the Indigenous roots of many of these practices, and how our individual healing journeys are always connected to our ability to integrate what we learn.
