About My Clients
You're smart and self-aware, but that doesn't stop you from overthinking, struggling to set boundaries, or feeling like you're not living up to your potential. Maybe you're navigating a major life transition, questioning relationships or career choices, or trying to figure out what you actually want instead of what you think you should want. You're tired of old patterns playing out in new situations. You want clarity, confidence, and a life that feels authentically yours.
My Background and Approach
I believe the most effective therapy is grounded in a strong, trusting relationship between therapist and client. Within this collaborative space, my goal is to help you develop a healthier relationship with yourself and with others. My approach to therapy is twofold: we work together to deepen your understanding of your thoughts and emotions, while also building practical skills to help you cope with life’s challenges. We'll explore how early messages about your worth still shape your self-esteem and relationships. Together, we'll trace critical inner voices to their origins and actively rewrite those scripts. This isn't just insight—it's practical change in how you show up in the world. To support this work, I draw from a blend of evidence-based approaches, including traditional psychotherapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
