About My Clients

Many struggle with school, friendships, or personal challenges and may feel unsure how to manage their emotions or connect with others. Parents often hope to see their child feel more confident, understood, and supported. Together, we’ll be able to manage anxiety, stress, family changes, and school challenges while strengthening confidence. My approach is supportive and collaborative, focusing on building coping skills and confidence.

My Background and Approach

My work centers on helping individuals manage anxiety, stress, emotional overwhelm, and daily life challenges. I use a blend of CBT, mindfulness skills, strength-based strategies, and trauma informed care to help clients understand their thoughts, regulate emotions, and build healthier patterns in school, friendships, and at home. I bring a calm, steady presence to therapy. I aim to create a validating and judgement-free environment where clients feel safe expressing themselves. Together, we focus on gaining insight, developing practical skills, and building long-term resilience. I also offer services in Haitian Creole for families who prefer care in their language.
