I help people who are struggling with their emotions. Through gaining better emotional awareness and people are able to build meaningful relationships with loved ones, peers, and colleagues so they can live happier and more fulfilled lives. You can have great relationships, form strong bonds, and feel confident about who you are!
My Background and Approach
I put a lot of emphasis on the relationship I build with my clients. We constantly check in about how our session and our relationship is developing through our work together because not every client is the same. My goal is that you are leaving my session feeling understood, valued, and filled with hope that change is possible. We start off by talking about your specific goals for therapy and create a plan that helps us identify what exactly is getting in the way of those goals. My clients find that this clarity helps them obtain more effective solutions to overcome their personal and relationship issues.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I personally believe that change is possible for everyone. You are capable of learning how to connect better with others and to make impactful shifts that change you you feel. My own therapeutic work has taught me how to feel more comfortable talking about my feelings and be emotionally available for the people who matter to me. I know that therapy can be a scary experience for most people, however I believe that working through the difficult things in life can lead to a better you!
