My clients are adolscents, families and couples who are feeling, stuck, overwhelmed, living with PTSD , anxiety or just everday life stressors!
My Background and Approach
The tools I use to help my clients like you varies. I use different approaches to fit my client and their goals. I am always MBCT Mindfulness-Based with my clients. I am use Trauma Focused approach for those living with Trauma. My approach is to address my clients specific needs. I am certified in both Trauma and Anxiety. My goal is to help you uncover your potential and lead a happier life. I intergrate CBT, Reality Therapy, Family Sytems and Famiy and Marital Approaches.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that everyone has the potential to grow and live happier lives, with knowing many times there are roadblocks. I am here to help my clients by- pass those roadblocks. Somtimes life thows us situations that are very unexspected and has us an humans get stuck. I believe with the right support that we can learn to cope better and thrive once again.
