Everyone has different reasons for engaging in therapy, the process begins where you are. We all have up’s and down’s and mindset can play a significant role in how we are feeling. By understanding our mindset, we are better able to make the changes we need in order to improve ourselves and take on life’s challenges. As a therapist, working to create a safe and supportive space to talk and explore your thoughts and feelings is key.
My Background and Approach
My practice includes, Cognitive and Behavioral approaches, Exposure, Mindfulness, and Trauma Informed practices. I provide traditional Therapy Services, Walk & Talk Therapy and Vocational/Career Counseling. If you are interested in taking your therapy session outdoors, Walk & Talk Therapy may be a good fit for you.
