About My Clients
Life can bring us through many twist and turns that can sometimes make it hard to find our way back to a place where we feel our best. My goal is help clients make a way where they have been unable to find one. I work largely with individuals who have experienced complex trauma such a domestic violence, sexual abuse, and/or race based trauma among other experiences. Clients working with also feel comfortable addressing therapeutic goals through a mixture of mindfulness and CBT.
My Background and Approach
It is my belief that while my educational background allows me to provide direction for the therapeutic experience my clients remain the experts of their own story. I seek to work alongside my clients to achieve the goals they have established for themselves.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that those who have experienced trauma deserve a safe space to speak freely and heal. It is my ultimate goal to provide that to those who select me as their therapist.
