About My Clients
I work well with clients who are motivated to learn about themselves and who see therapy as a process that does not necessarily include quick fixes. My clients are adults and couples who thrive in a safe environment that allows them to explore their edges, try new ways of living, and challenge the scripts that have been holding them back or keeping them stuck.
My Background and Approach
Mandi has worked in the behavioral health field for the last 12 years in a variety of settings and roles in substance use disorder treatment, community mental health, forensics, and private practice. In addition to direct care, she has experience managing staff in behavioral health programs and presenting trainings for risk assessment. Mandi enjoys her private practice that focuses on couples counseling, supervision, and individual therapy. She holds a BA in Liberal Arts from the Evergreen State College, a certificate in Human Service Substance Abuse from Pierce College, Master of Arts in Psychology from Brandman University, certificate in Clinical Psychology from Fielding Graduate University, a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology from Northwest University, and a PsyD in Counseling Psychology from Northwest University.
