About My Clients

Do you ever feel stuck in old patterns, overthinking, doubting yourself, or feeling disconnected from who you are or those you love? Maybe you’ve carried pain from the past that still shows up in the present, leaving you unsure how to move forward. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, relationship struggles, or healing from trauma, therapy can help you make sense of your story, deepen self-understanding, and create a more grounded, connected life.

My Background and Approach

Before becoming a therapist, I worked in rural Minnesota as a Targeted Case Manager, supporting adults with severe and persistent mental illness in building skills, managing symptoms, and finding stability. After earning my Master’s in Clinical Psychology, I’ve dedicated myself to ongoing growth through specialized training and diverse clinical experience across private practice, trauma-focused centers, residential treatment, and community settings. My approach blends evidence-based modalities with warmth, curiosity, and respect for each client’s lived experience. I believe true healing happens in safe, collaborative relationships where your whole story—past and present—is welcomed. I draw from my professional background and my own life experiences to meet clients with empathy and attunement. I work with people from all walks of life, creating space for growth, understanding, and lasting change. If you’re curious whether we might be a good fit, I’d love to connect.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe healing happens in relationships - with ourselves, with others, and within community. As a therapist, I offer a space where you can slow down, reflect, and explore the deeper patterns that shape how you think, feel, and relate. I’m a trauma-informed registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist in Los Angeles, with a Master’s in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University. As a clinician I approach care holistically. In practice this looks like integrating Narrative, Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDR, mindfulness, and somatic awareness to support healing on both emotional and physiological levels. Whether you're working through anxiety, trauma, identity questions, or relational struggles, I’m here to walk with you - curiously, collaboratively, and without judgment. Therapy is a space to reconnect with yourself, and through that, with others.
