About My Clients
I work with people experiencing a wide range of symptoms including anxiety, fear, depression, isolation, hyper vigilance, somatic symptoms, and the feeling that it's impossible to relax or 'turn off'. My ideal clients are open to a somatic approach to therapy and appreciate challenging questions asked from a place of utmost compassion. I am experienced in providing therapy to therapists as well as those seeking therapy for the first time.
My Background and Approach
As a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner I incorporate a body-based approach that brings physiological experiences into our work together. I listen to the presenting concerns you bring to therapy and collaboratively begin to explore the physiological story occurring simultaneously. Together we establish connection to work toward symptom resolution.
