About My Clients
Caring for a neurodivergent loved one or someone with a disability can leave you running on empty. I provide therapy for children, teens, and adults with disabilities and neurodivergence, and for the caregivers who support them, including those facing caregiver burnout. Together, we will build coping strategies, process the exhaustion and grief that often go unspoken, and work toward feeling understood, supported, and less alone in this journey.
My Background and Approach
Finding the right therapist can feel overwhelming, especially when you are already worn out, worried, or unsure what comes next. You may be facing anxiety, depression, trauma, or relationship stress that feels heavier than before. You do not need perfect words or a clear explanation of what has happened. I offer a calm, welcoming space to share your story at your own pace, so you can reconnect with your strengths and imagine a more balanced, meaningful life. Therapy works best as a collaborative process. Drawing from CBT, person-centered care, and other evidence-based methods, we explore how your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors connect, and practice coping skills for stress. I honor your unique background, culture, and identity, inviting all parts of you into the room. Together we set clear, realistic goals and check in regularly on progress. You can expect me to be consistent, attentive, and honest, offering practical tools alongside space to process difficult emotions.
