About My Clients
I have over 10-years of experience working with individuals dealing with grief, loss, childhood trauma, depression, anxiety and post-traumatic stress-disorder. I also specialize in working with families and individuals who have been affected by foster care and adoption.
My Background and Approach
Seeking out therapy can be a challenging, but vital first step in reducing anxieties related to past or present challenges. Finding the right therapist is just as important as the healing work itself. Each session is individualized to meet you where you are in your therapeutic journey and help you figure out what each step forward looks like for you. My experience with others paired with my own journey in self-healing allows me to have unique insight, compassion, and empathy as I help you explore what mental health and healing looks like to you. My hope is for you to work towards therapeutic goals by decreasing negative thoughts shaped by past and present experiences.

I believe in a holistic approach to therapy by utilizing guided meditations, mindfulness skills and utilizing art/music to help center your mind, body and spirit. I look forward to being a part of your journey of restoration!
