About My Clients
I work with individuals and couples who are seeking support around sexual health, intimacy, desire, and overall relationship connection. Many clients come to explore concerns such as communication, sexual confidence, changes in desire, or the emotional impact of stress, trauma, or medical conditions on intimacy.
My Background and Approach
My goal as a therapist is to provide an inclusive, affirming, and safe space for every client. I take a strengths-based, person-centered approach that honors each individual’s unique values, identity, and lived experience. As a sex therapist, I have specialized training in supporting clients navigating sexual health concerns, including sexual dysfunction, changes in desire, exploration of sexual orientation and/or gender identity, and the impact of sexual trauma. I incorporate somatic (body-based) approaches to support clients in building a sense of safety, grounding, and autonomy within themselves. I also have experience working as a medical and oncology social worker, which has provided me with specialized training in understanding how medical diagnoses and health challenges can impact sexual health, intimacy, and overall well-being.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that everyone deserves access to a safe, affirming space to explore their sexuality, identity, and intimacy without shame or judgment. My work is grounded in the belief that healing happens through understanding, compassion, and connection to both self and others. My mission is to help clients feel more at home in their bodies, more confident in their relationships, and more empowered in their sexual health and expression.
