About My Clients

I work with teens and adults navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, low self-esteem, relationship challenges, and LGBTQIA+ concerns. My clients are often feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected but are ready to explore change. Whether you're facing emotional struggles or identity questions, I offer a supportive space where you can feel safe, understood, and empowered to grow.

My Background and Approach

My therapeutic approach is integrative, blending Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Person-Centered Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). This allows me to tailor our work to your unique needs and goals, and to adapt as things shift and evolve over time. My foundation is in person-centered therapy, which means that I deeply value your autonomy, your lived experiences, and your inner strengths. From there, we’ll incorporate evidence-based tools and skills—whether that’s managing anxious thoughts through CBT, building emotional regulation with DBT, or increasing self-acceptance and mindfulness through ACT. I bring clinical training, real-world experience, and a deep respect for the complexity of each person’s journey. Therapy with me is a collaborative process, rooted in trust, curiosity, and the belief that transformation is always possible.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

At the heart of my work is a belief in equity, inclusion, and the inherent worth of every individual. I strive to create a therapeutic space that is affirming, compassionate, and free of judgment—especially for those in the LGBTQIA+ community and others who have felt unseen or unheard. I believe deeply in each person’s potential for growth, healing, and self-actualization. With the right support, we all have the capacity to better understand ourselves, break free from limiting patterns, and move toward a more authentic and fulfilling life. My goal is to help you reconnect with your inner strength and create meaningful, lasting change.
