As a Health At Every Size (HAES) provider working with eating disorders/disordered eating, negative body image, low self-esteem, and more, I offer a compassionate and non-judgmental space where you can explore the underlying factors contributing to your struggles. I can also offer a safe space for those in the LGBTQ+ community experiencing varying struggles such as anxiety, depression, life transitions, and more.
