About My Clients
I work with individuals, parents, and couples navigating life transitions, relationship challenges, and emotional overwhelm. I support moms and dads at all stages of parenthood, couples facing communication issues, infidelity, or divorce, and women moving through menopause and identity changes. I also work with young adults and older adults adjusting to new stages of life. I offer a supportive, non-judgmental space to help clients feel heard, grounded, and empowered to move forward.
My Background and Approach
My approach is client-centered and collaborative. I view you as the expert on your own life and see my role as helping you uncover your strengths, build resilience, and create meaningful change. As a parent of three daughters, I understand firsthand how complex, rewarding, and challenging family life can be. I bring that perspective into my work—recognizing that while each of our journeys is unique, we all face moments of struggle, growth, and renewal.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I am especially drawn to working with people who have felt overlooked, misunderstood, or expected to carry more than their share. I strongly support neurodivergent adults and individuals who have spent much of their lives adapting to others rather than being fully seen themselves. I work well with people who are sensitive, thoughtful, and often feel like the “underdog” in their families, relationships, or systems. My approach centers on helping clients reclaim their voice, trust their inner experience, and feel empowered to take up space in their own lives. I strive to provide an affirming, respectful space for people of all identities, backgrounds, and life experiences.
