My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I’m committed to affirming each person’s identity and worth. I celebrate individual identities and actively support LGBTQIA+ clients, honoring chosen names, pronouns, and the unique experiences that come with navigating identity. I recognize and respect cultural, racial, religious, and socioeconomic diversity and the many worldviews people bring to therapy. I believe therapy must be anti-oppressive and trauma-informed: I listen without judgment, call out bias when it appears, and adapt care to fit your lived reality. I also acknowledge the real stressors of today—racial injustice, transphobia, economic strain, and political division—and the impact they have on mental health. As an ally, I prioritize safety, confidentiality, and ongoing learning so our work centers your values, resilience, and dignity.
