I am experienced working with clients at all stages of life and transition. Questions of identity/culture, emotional processing, stress/anxiety, communication/relationship concerns, body-based issues, grief/loss, and neurodivergence/difference are my areas of specialty.
My Background and Approach
Whether my client is 5 or 65 years old, curiosity, play, and laughter are big parts of my therapy toolbox. I take a whole person approach, attending to your feelings, bodily sensations, personal values, cultural experiences, and life story. By tapping into your inner wisdom we will try to expand your sense of choice, set goals that work for you, and celebrate small victories in seeking the life you desire.
