About My Clients
I primarily work with women navigating major life transitions, including divorce, breakups, dating again, motherhood, midlife changes, work-related stress, and burnout. I also work with couples who are trying to determine whether they can rebuild their relationship or are ready to move forward separately. My clients often come to therapy looking for greater clarity, understanding, and practical support as they navigate what comes next.
My Background and Approach
My clinical training is rooted in trauma, and EMDR has been an important part of my work for many years. I take a holistic, context-focused approach, recognizing that a person’s background, culture, experiences, and environment can deeply influence their emotional well-being. My work also reflects extensive experience in Jewish cultural competency, the psychological impact of antisemitism, indoctrination, and radicalization. In addition to my clinical practice, I train clinicians and organizations on these topics. I focus on understanding the full context each person carries and using that understanding to guide meaningful, individualized treatment.
