About My Clients

You’re the one who holds it all together — for everyone else. But lately, you feel overwhelmed, anxious, stuck, or just...tired. Maybe you're navigating a big life change, carrying old wounds, or feeling disconnected from yourself. I help adults like you slow down, feel seen, and find new ways to cope, heal, and move forward — on your own terms.

My Background and Approach

My approach is both deeply human and clinically grounded—rooted in compassion, professional expertise, and a strong belief in each person’s capacity for growth and healing. I bring a trauma-informed lens to every session, creating a space where you can feel safe, seen, and supported—without pressure to perform or explain everything perfectly. Instead of applying a one-size-fits-all method, I take the time to understand your lived experiences, values, and goals creating a therapy process that feels aligned with who you are and where you want to go. Rather than following a one-size-fits-all model, it draws from a range of therapeutic methods—like, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness, somatic practices, expressive arts, self-compassion, Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP), and psychodynamic insights.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

Being invited into someone’s healing journey is a profound honor — and one I don’t take lightly. I became a therapist because I believe in the resilience of people — even when life feels unbearably hard. None of us get through this life without struggle. We all deserve spaces where we feel seen, heard, and supported without judgment. I believe therapy should feel like a partnership — rooted in compassion, curiosity, and respect for your lived experience. My role is to help you make sense of what feels overwhelming, reconnect with your strengths, and find tools that support your healing and growth. I’m committed to creating an inclusive, affirming space for all people. I support Black Lives Matter, advocate for ending gun violence, and am deeply connected to the LGBTQ+ community. I believe in social justice, health equity, and the right of every person to feel safe, valued, and empowered in their own story.
