I specialize in developing unique self-care strategies that promote peace and calm for the overstimulated and overworked.
My Background and Approach
I’m Malinda Ingram Weeks M.S. LAPC, NCC, a licensed counselor, PhD student, autism advocate, who understands the unique emotional landscape of overstimulation and sensory burnout. My work integrates neuro-affirming therapy, self-compassion, and somatic awareness to help adolescents and adults feel safe in their own minds and bodies. I believe therapy should feel like a calm exhale — a place where you can drop the mask, name your feelings, and be met with compassion. My approach is gentle, reflective, and grounded in the belief that awareness and rest are sacred parts of healing.

I provide gentle therapy for the overstimulated mind. I believe you have the ability to improve your life. My role is to provide support and guidance during your journey to wellness. My clients often state that they need support with self-advocacy and boundary setting. My goal is to transfer my skills and empower my client to take the necessary steps to change their lives.
